وظيفة Customer Care Representative – الوطنية موبايل – رام الله

الوطنية موبايل- Customer Care Representative (Call Center)- Role Summary
& Duties and Responsibilities:

-Answering the calls and inquiries and processing all customers’
requests whether they are individuals or companies, with courtesy,
efficiency and professionalism.
-Confirming the exact comprehension of the customer request as well as
the verification and entering data of customer information in our systems.
-Promoting our products and services, to all prospects and existing
customers.
-Documenting and referring to the appropriate responsible groups
complete information on customer requests that couldn’t be solved at
their level.
-Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the service they have.
-Respecting the assigned working schedule as planned and communicated by
the implemented policies.
-communicating customers feedback and notes about WM services and any
suggestions to direct supervisor.

Requirements:
-Preferably fresh/ newly graduated in business or any related field.
-Flexibility to work during different shifts of the day.
-Residence in Ramallah city or ability to relocate to Ramallah.
-Commitment to the scheduled assigned by the department.

Skills:
-Customer Oriented behaviour.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent listening skills.
-Team spirit.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Proficiency in MS office suite (word, excel, and PowerPoint).
